Charges for either Suite:-
7 a.m. to noon Noon to 6 p.m. 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Weekdays. From Monday to 6 p.m. Friday £30 £30 £40
Weekends. 6 p.m. Friday to 11 p.m. Sunday £30 £30 £80
These charges cover one Suite and kitchen, including heating and lighting and apply in full to any part of any of the above periods. Keys must be returned at or before the session end time. The hiring fee, cleaning fee and deposit are payable at the time of Application. Concessions may be available. Please ask for details when booking
Cleaning fee, £15, only covers reasonable internal cleaning and no external clearing; it does NOT cover removing decorations nor binning rubbish internally or externally. Only one fee will be charged when both suites are booked but a charge will be made for any extra cleaning, decorative damage or rubbish clearing.
If a kitchen is used it must be thoroughly cleaned. Please note that cutlery and crockery are not available.
